WattCycle's official office is in Shenzhen, China, but we have a local warehouse and do not ship from China. We also provide 24/7 customer service support, you can seek help through online chat, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Is my battery warranty normally 5 years? How can I get an additional 2 years warranty?
WattCycle currently provides at least 5 years warranty for batteries with a capacity of more than 50Ah. If you want to get an additional 2 years warranty, you need to register the warranty.
